We offer a wide range of decorations, including balloon garlands, columns, centerpieces, arches, backdrop rentals, and marquee letter/number rentals. We can customize our decor to match your event theme and color scheme.
Mar’s Balloons is based out of Dade City, FL and we service the Tampa area as well as Central Florida.
Our day-of coordination services include vendor coordination, timeline creation, management, and on-site management to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. We will handle any issues that arise so you can enjoy your special day stress-free.
Yes! We do offer delivery and installation depending on the location of the event. Delivery times are based on your event start time and venue availability.
Here at Mar’s Balloons we only use the highest quality balloons and materials for our decorations. However, some balloons do pop from time to time. We can not guarantee how long your balloons will last after they are delivered. The life span of balloons can depend on various external factors such as weather, children, pets, temperatures, etc. 

- In saying that, our balloons can last up to a month or more indoors (no guarantees), when they are kept out of heat and direct sunlight.
We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The sooner you book, the better, as availability does get taken up. We strongly suggest booking at least three weeks in advance to ensure we are able to prepare your event in the best way possible.
Event installations can vary depending on the size of the design. We do pre-blow our balloons to make things faster. On average, installations can be between 1-2 hours.
Yes! We do accept last-minute bookings depending on our availability. However, with last-minute bookings, you might be limited to the balloon colors we have in stock. Some last-minute bookings may be subject to rush booking fees.
All of our rental items are typically considered one-day rentals or for the duration of the event. We do allow multiple-day rentals, but additional fees may apply.
Unfortunately, we do require that we deliver and pick up all of our rental equipment.
Upon booking, we require a 50% retainer deposit that is non-refundable of the total amount to reserve your date. Your event is considered reserved once we have received both the deposit and letter of agreement.
While we understand the question, we only use balloons products that we supply. It's not uncommon for balloon kits purchased online to provide materials other than the ones they use to advertise. This can lead to quality issues, especially for outdoor installations. We want to insure that our clients are pleased with our work and know that they can count on us to provide high quality work for their events.
